The Service uses passwordless email sign-in; we neither require nor store passwords.
Your information is used only to: provide the video generation service, authenticate your account, calculate and bill credits, and troubleshoot and improve the product. We do not use your uploaded or generated content to train other AI models, and we do not sell it to third parties for marketing purposes.

Our servers are located in Ashburn, Virginia, USA (Oracle Cloud us-ashburn-1 region), and your data is stored and processed in the United States. The third-party processors listed above may operate in mainland China, the United States and elsewhere. By using the Service you understand and agree to the cross-border transfers necessary to provide it.
Notice for EU / UK users: your data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (to the United States) for processing. We rely on the necessity of that transfer for the performance of our service contract with you. If you do not accept this transfer, please do not use the Service.
To control storage costs, generated videos are automatically deleted after 3 days — please download them promptly. Original audio and documents you upload are deleted immediately after generation completes. Account information (email, credit balance, transaction ledger) is retained until you close your account; payment-related records may be retained after closure for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law.
You may contact us at any time at the address below to access, export, correct or delete your personal data and generated content, or to close your account. We aim to respond within 30 days. You can also delete generated videos yourself at any time under "My Library".
EU / UK users (GDPR): our legal bases for processing are performance of our contract with you (providing generation, billing credits) and our legitimate interests (fraud prevention, troubleshooting). You additionally have the rights to data portability, restriction of processing, and objection to processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): we do not sell your personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioural advertising. You have the right to know, delete and correct your personal information, and you will not receive differential treatment for exercising these rights.
We use no third-party advertising or analytics cookies. We use browser localStorage only to hold your sign-in token and your language and theme preferences. This data stays on your own device and is used to keep you signed in and to display the interface as you prefer. Clearing your browser data removes it.
The Service is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a minor has provided personal information without the consent of a parent or guardian, please contact us and we will delete the relevant data promptly.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the website.
