Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

1. The Service

OneClick Video Maker (the "Service") is an AI-powered tool that automatically produces short videos. It generates a script, synthesizes narration, matches stock footage, and renders a finished video with voice-over, subtitles and background music.

2. Accounts and Sign-in

The Service uses passwordless email sign-in with a one-time verification code. No password is set or stored. You are responsible for maintaining access to and the security of the email address that receives your codes; we are not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard it.

3. Credits and Billing

New accounts receive 30 free credits on registration. Once your free credits are used, you may purchase credit packs to continue (the Service does not currently offer subscriptions). Generating one video costs 10 credits; replacing a scene and re-rendering costs 2 credits; multi-aspect-ratio export is charged per exported version. Credits do not expire. If a generation fails due to a fault in our Service, the corresponding credits are automatically refunded to your account.

4. Your Content and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the legality of any text you submit and any audio or documents you upload. You must not use the Service to generate content that violates applicable law, infringes the rights of others, or is sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise unlawful or abusive. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts upon discovering violations.

5. Third-Party Assets and Copyright

Visual assets used in generated videos come from third-party stock libraries including Pexels and Pixabay. Background music may come from open-license libraries; some tracks are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) and require attribution when you publish the resulting work. The required credit line is shown together with each generated video and can be copied with one click. All assets are used within the scope permitted by their respective licenses, and copyright remains with the original authors. Before publishing, please confirm you have met the applicable attribution or licensing requirements.

6. Refunds

Payments are processed by Gumroad acting as Merchant of Record. Your purchase is therefore also governed by Gumroad's own terms and refund policy, and you may request a refund directly through Gumroad.

Credits are consumable digital goods. If credits are deducted but a video is not produced due to a fault in our Service, we will refund the corresponding credits automatically or upon request. Refunds in cash for reasons of personal preference (for example, dissatisfaction with output quality) are generally not available; we recommend trying the free credits included with registration before purchasing.

EU / UK consumers: digital content is treated as supplied once delivery begins. By placing an order you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal for the content already supplied. Unused credits may still be refundable under your local statutory rights.

7. Disclaimer

Content produced by the Service is generated automatically by artificial intelligence. We make no warranty as to its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. You bear sole responsibility for any consequences arising from your use of generated content. The Service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Age Requirement

The Service is intended for users aged 13 and over. Where your jurisdiction sets a higher minimum age for consent to data processing (for example, 16 in certain EU member states), that higher age applies. Users below the applicable age may not register or use the Service.

9. Labelling of AI-Generated Content

Videos produced by the Service are AI-generated content. Certain platforms and jurisdictions require publishers to label such content — for example the transparency obligations under the EU AI Act, and synthetic-content labelling rules in mainland China. Before publishing, you are responsible for confirming and complying with the labelling requirements of your publishing platform and your jurisdiction.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

Disputes arising from the Service should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Failing that, and except where mandatory local consumer protection law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, and disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause removes any non-waivable consumer rights available to you under the law of your place of residence.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in advance on the website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
